We are very proud to show off our brand new 4 seat tip up beam units. These easy to install new beam seating units arrive with the frame ready assembled, simply pop on your included chosen colour of seat pan and back rest –  then fix to the floor – you’ll be looking at your new seats in no time.

  • Our framework comes hot-dip galvanized and black-coated as standard For the ultimate weather proofing and metalwork longevity.
  • The polypropylene seats include UV additive as standard, keeping vibrant colour and stopping brittle plastic
  • The counterbalanced mechanism ensures the seat automatically returns to the upright position when unoccupied freeing up space in busy areas.
  • Available in 7 different colours to match seamlessly in to any environment.
  • Available Upholstered and Padded in your choice of over 60 colours.
  • Installation: It is the responsibility of the installer to source suitable fixings as this can vary depending on the material you are fixing to. You will require a minimum of 6 floor fixings per beam unit.

The Easy Install Tip Up Seating Unit is engineered for a zero maintenance performance, and its common we have questions regarding what its capable with.

How is it delivered?
  • These Beam Units will arrive with the metal work already assembled, so installation is as simple as screwing in your chosen colour of seat pans and backrests, then fix the unit to the floor. You can arrange your own collection from us, or we are happy to quote a delivery cost prior to collecting payment on your order. 
  • No - we hold stock of all our components, so you can manage the cost of maintenance by just ordering what you need. We have sold single component parts. There is no MOQ or MOV for seats or parts making safe maintenance lower cost and simpler for grounds maintenance.
  • Yes - due to delivery costs, these Tip Up Beam Units have a minimum order quantity of 2 units – providing 8 seats. There may be occasions we are able to accept an order for less units – please contact us to request this.
  • These units are all made in our British Standard certified Surrey Workshop, along with our upholstering and solid welded EG table range. 
  • Your included seat pans and back rests are attached with basic screwdriver and spanner, you'll need to ensure you have adequate tools to drill anchor holes in the material you are fixing these to. Please note - the installer should arrange proper anchor nuts to secure these units. With proper equipment, you'll have the seat unit installed within 10 minutes.
  • If we have stock - you can expect delivery in 5 working days from payment of order. However, if we are manufacturing a new batch, it can be up to 6 weeks. We will confirm the expected delivery date prior to you paying for an order.
  • Our beam units are designed to be compatible with industry-standard stadium seating specifications, making them ideal replacements for legacy Restall seating systems or Sutton Tip Up Seats commonly found in UK grounds.
