SUtton Stadium Seating Spare Parts

Maintenance and Spares

While the Sutton has been designed for its ability to withstand the rigours of heavy use, weathering and general wear, it is important to regularly maintain your stand to keep it looking its best, and primarily, to ensure it is safe for your spectators.

The Sutton is modular, and while it is unlikely you’ll need spare parts often, we have the individual elements readily available in stock, so you’re able to keep your stand looking its best and ensure your spectators are well looked after.

Identifying Sutton Parts:

The Sutton consists of 4 Main components, while the seat pan and backrest are easy enough to identify, this guide might help you identify other parts of the seating system. Click here for more info on Seat Pans and Backrest Spares

The Seat Ring is the black metal ring which screws in the to the seat pan and connects the seat to the columns. For more information regarding the seat rings and sizes – Click here.

The columns are left hand end, centre, or right hand end and also come in as floor fixed or riser fixed. For more information about the columns – Click here

Seat Pans and Backrests - Plastics

The Restall Seating Systems Sutton plastic is durable, fire retardant and UV protected, so should stay in great condition for a very long time.  From time to time – you may require replacements. We typically keep stock of all our colours and are able to have parts sent out within 5 working days.

Replacement of Backrests and Seat Pans does not require the metalwork to be moved or loosened.

Available by boxes of 20 Seat pans or 20 Backrests (Smaller quantities available on request).

Seat Columns and Seat Rings - Metalwork

The Restall Seating Systems Sutton metalwork is hot dipped galvanised and painted black satin. It has excellent durability and weather protection, but in the unlikely event of requiring  replacements, we typically keep stock of all our columns and are able to have parts sent out within 5 working days.

Replacement of metalwork may require neighbour metalwork to be loosened.

Floor Fixed Sutton Columns

Seat Columns - Metalwork

Typically, the Seat Columns will be floor fixed (these are the columns pictured with base plates providing fixing to the floor). If they do not have a base plate, they are likely our Riser fix columns, which have holes for fixing through the column itself.  If you are unsure, contact us.

In each row of 2 or more seats, you will have 1 left hand column, centre column(s) and 1 right hand column. Left and right hand is based on the view when you are sat in the seat.

Seat Rings - Metalwork

When looking at a replacement seat ring, the quickest and easiest to order the correct part is to measure the Seat Centre. Simply measure the from the middle of one seat to the same point on the next seat.

Your measurement will likely be 460mm which should match your paperwork. If you are unsure, you can also measure the distance from the outside edge of the loops of the seat ring itself, your measurement should be around 437mm which is used for the 460mm Seat Centre.

The seat centre may measure at 500mm (or the seat ring edge measurement is 481mm) .

If your measurement of the seat centre is neither 460mm or 500mm, you may have some of our older or custom metalwork, if so – please contact us with the measurements taken so we will be able to assist you.
