We are very proud to show off our brand new 4 seat beam units. These easy to install new beam units arrive with the frame ready assembled, simply pop on your chosen colour of seat pan and back rest – then fix to the floor – you’ll be looking at your new seats in no time.

Our ever-popular Sutton seat (Or Restall Seat) was designed around our acclaimed chair shell. Providing both superior comfort and fantastic value for money, these tip up units are an excellent addition to any spectator zone or waiting areas.

Our framework comes hot-dip galvanized and black-coated as standard For the ultimate weather proofing and metalwork longevity.
The polypropylene seats include UV additive as standard, keeping vibrant colour and stopping brittle plastic
The counterbalanced mechanism ensures the seat automatically returns to the upright position when unoccupied freeing up space in busy areas.
Available in 7 different colours to match seamlessly in to any environment.
Available Upholstered and Padded in your choice of over 60 colours.
Installation: It is the responsibility of the installer to source suitable fixings as this can vary depending on the material you are fixing to. You will require a minimum of 6 floor fixings per beam unit.

What to Expect on Delivery: These Beam Units will arrive with the metal work already assembled, so installation is as simple as screwing in your chosen colour of seat pans and backrests, then fix the unit to the floor. You can arrange your own collection from us, or we are happy to quote a delivery cost prior to collecting payment on your order.

MOQ: These Tip Up Beam Units have a minimum order quantity of 2 units – providing 8 seats.

There may be occasions we are able to accept an order for less units – please contact us to request this.

Manufacture: These units are all made in our British Standard certified Surrey Workshop, along with our upholstering and solid welded EG table range.
