The Willstack Furniture Co –  Terms & Conditions for Player Sponsorship for 26/27 Season and associated referral Voucher for £250 off Sutton Stadium Seating

1. The Referral Voucher (£250 Sutton Seat Voucher)

The “First Past the Post” Rule: The £250 Sutton Tip-Up Seating Voucher will be awarded strictly to the first individual or sports club who provides a verified, actionable lead that directly results in a signed sponsorship agreement with a qualifying player.

If there is no referral, Willstack Furniture Co may, at their own discretion, offer it a club who offers up a similar name to ‘Will Stack’. The decision of Willstack furniture co will be final. 

A referral lead is defined as providing the player’s full name, their current registered sports club, and a reliable method of contact (or a direct introduction to the club/player).

If Will Stack, or their team makes themselves known to us DIRECTLY they will receive the sponsorship only. 

Voucher Validation: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is redeemable strictly against a new order of Sutton tip-up stadium seats sold by Willstack Furniture Co. Ltd. It holds no cash alternative and cannot be combined with other discounts.

2. Player Sponsorship Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the season sponsorship, the player must meet all of the following criteria:
Time to Claim – The opportunity is open between 1st of October 2026 to the 31st of December 2026 – any claims outside of those dates will not be considered. If a “Will Stack” becomes known to us before the end of the opportunity, it will not close early but remain open for other athletes.

The Name: The player’s legal, government-ID name must be a first name which can be shortened to ‘Will’ and surname must be ‘Stack’. (Nicknames or self-appointed field names do not qualify—we will need to see a league registration or ID before payout!).

League Status: The player must be actively registered and eligible to play in a UK amateur, grassroots, or semi-professional sports league (e.g., non-league football Steps 1–7, grassroots rugby, local cricket/hockey leagues). Fully professional, tier-one athletes are excluded (mostly because they cost too much and we would have found you ourselves).

Legal Eligibility: The player must be legally allowed to play in their respective British league, must not currently be serving a long-term league ban, and must be a resident of the UK. The Player must be over 18 years of age. 

3. Terms of the Player Sponsorship

Value: The total value of a season of player sponsorship being offered is to be inline with the Club’s standard yearly sponsorship Or UP TO the value of £500, whichever is lower.

Prior Approval & Negotiation: The exact breakdown of the sponsorship will be negotiated and agreed upon in writing between Willstack Furniture Co. Ltd, the player, and the club’s commercial officer prior to any funds being transferred. We are aware many clubs will offer a standardised player sponsorship package and will work with clubs to accept these terms where agreeable. 

Standard Allocation: The monetary value of sponsorship is intended to cover player tracksuits, kit sponsorship, club sign-on fees, or player-contribution fees for the 2026/2027 season.

Media & Marketing Rights: In exchange for the player sponsorship, we would expect the player and the club agree to the following:

Allow Willstack Furniture Co. Ltd to use the player’s name, image, and likeness for social media and marketing content throughout the season (with consent).

Participate in a minimum of two short, fun content features (e.g., a photo shoot at the ground with a Sutton seat etc)

Ensure Willstack Furniture Co. is credited as the player’s official sponsor in the matchday programme and on the club’s official website/social media player profiles.

4. General & “Acts of God”

The Duplicate Rule: In the highly unlikely and spectacular event that multiple identical “Will Stacks” are found at different clubs, Willstack Furniture Co. Ltd reserves the right to sponsor the player who offers the best commercial potential or split the prize (if funds allow) at our sole discretion and final decisions will not be changed or discussions entered in to.

The Transfer Window: If the sponsored Will Stack transfers to another amateur club mid-season, the sponsorship terms may be re-evaluated. If they stop playing sports entirely to pursue a career in, say, competitive baking, the sponsorship may be re-evaluated.
